Jessa Calderon

Jessa Calderon identifies with her Tongva, Chumash and Yoeme roots, while also acknowledging she has a rich and diverse background including connections into Mexico.

Jessa facilitates a number of different wellness gatherings and workshops. Centering her heart work in what she calls Creative Wellness. Although she has been a massage therapist and energy worker for over 30 years, over the last 12 years Jessa has found herself working more with techniques that are centered in hypnotherapy mixed with energy work.

She offers a number of different workshops including writing (song, story, poetry), herbal tea making, mindfulness, wellness herbal oil making, toothpaste making and wellness foods/food sovereignty workshops. She welcomes community and community members to participate in aligning the mind, body and spirit through a variety of guided words and sounds that she offers.
